Be one of the first to apply — offer rates tend to be higher at this stage Description American Traveler is seeking a PTA with 1.5+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience for a 13-week travel contract at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Gaithersburg, MD. Details
• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
• Caseload of 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
• Patient population includes orthopedic, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases
• Uses RainTree EMR for documentation and charting
• Shift schedule: Monday-Thursday alternating between 7 AM-3 PM and 11 AM-7 PM shifts, with Fridays 9 AM-5 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• 13-week contract Requirements
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a PTA
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, personal injury, and workers' compensation required
• New graduates will not be considered
• License required if applicable Additional Information
• Full support staff at every location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs, to assist with patient flow
• Orientation (FDI) is provided by the Clinic Director a few days before the assignment start date, typically beginning with staff introductions, EMR orientation, and shadowing treatments
• Day 2 of orientation is expected to be fully independent with a standard patient caseload

• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
