PTA OUTPATIENT
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a quality-driven outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy hands-on patient care, structured treatment plans, and working as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Both experienced PTAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Supportive supervision and mentorship are provided
  • -What You'll Do
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide 1:1 patient care focused on functional improvement and recovery
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising PT
  • Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate
  • Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Clinic Environment
  • Outpatient orthopedic / sports medicine setting
  • Modern equipment and well-organized clinics
  • Supportive leadership, PT supervision, and administrative staff
  • Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active (or pending) state PTA license
  • New Grad PTAs welcome
  • Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
