Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans within an outpatient physical therapy setting
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Monitor and document patient progress, updating records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Communicate patient status and any changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in compliance with applicable standards Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Maryland
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule of 40 hours per week Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems Why Join Us
