Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team in a busy clinic environment.
Benefits and Schedule:
Annual Salary $78,000- $82,000 Premier Health Benefits through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Paid Time Off
- 2 Weeks annually Paid Major Holidays CEU Reimbursement
- Up to $1000 annually PTA License Reimbursement Great schedule! Monday
- Thursday 8:30 AM
- 5 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM
- 4 PM, each week.
Duties:
- Assist the physical therapist in providing treatment to patients with various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
- Monitor and record patient progress during treatment sessions.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment goals and progress.
