Greet patients warmly and assist with the intake process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately. Answering all calls and confirming patient appointments. Scheduling patients and inputting patient information Maintaining patient files Light Cleaning Efficient time management and accurate data entry • Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Maintain Social Media Accounts Contribute to team effort by working together to provide the best patient experience

Work Schedule:

Monday:

9:30am-12:30 and 1:45pm -5:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday:

7:45am -12:30 and 3:45pm-6:30pm, for a total of 18-23 hours per week The hours stated above are essential to the performance of the job and we are looking for someone who can accommodate all of them. Experience preferred but not required.
