We specialize in helping to solve health concerns holistically, utilizing the latest advancements in chiropractic, nutritional analysis and cutting-edge therapies like brain fitness, custom orthotics, weight loss and more! Because of that, we continue to grow and need an additional staff member! We are seeking an outgoing, highly organized professional to join our team as our Chiropractic Assistant. You will work closely with the doctors, patients, and other team members toward helping our patients have a positive healthcare experience in our practice. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hours:

The employee's work schedule will be approximately 32 hours per week depending on the needs of the clinic. At the end of the 90 day training period, the employee is eligible for an increase up to $1.00 per hour. We're closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, and close at noon on Fridays. We open at 9am most days, close from 1-3 for lunch, and close at 7pm on Mon., Wed., and Thurs. See detailed hours of operation below. Responsibilities Maintain an organized workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Prep files and treatment rooms for appointments Take X-rays when needed (Thorough training provided) Set up patients on traction and decompression Prepare Reports for the doctors Communicate promotions and sales to patients Keep treatment areas clean and stocked. Perform basic scans and tests on patients (Thorough training provided) Assist the doctors in the new patient appointments Manage the new patient tracking sheet Experience with social media is a plus but not required General office cleaning Skills Manage the patient flow of the practice. Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software. Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong verbal communication skills. Take initiative and require minimal guidance. Work effectively with teammates.
