Job Description

Great Lakes Chiropractic is a high-volume, patient-focused office seeking an energetic and compassionate team member who shares our passion for helping people recover from back, neck, and extremity injuries. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Physical Therapy Assisting, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related rehabilitation field. Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required. Whether you are just starting your career or have prior experience, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong foundation in anatomy, exercise, and patient care. You will work in a chiropractic rehabilitation setting with a strong emphasis on therapy, corrective exercise, and functional recovery. Our facility features a dedicated rehabilitation area equipped with a wide variety of therapy and exercise equipment. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A solid work history and strong professional references Education or experience in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability A positive, caring, and patient-focused attitude The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Responsibilities Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises Assist with stretching and therapeutic exercise programs Perform therapies and modalities, including: Kinesio Taping Graston Technique (RockBlading) Laser Therapy Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim) Other rehabilitation and recovery therapies Monitor patient progress and provide encouragement throughout treatment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional therapy environment This is a full-time position in a busy office where patient care is our top priority. $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
