Physical Therapy Assistant Position We are growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our tenured team. At Briarwood Nursing and Rehab our therapists are employees of the facility. This is a rare opportunity as our team has all been together for 15+ yrs, this is a growth position not a replacemen t. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) that is motivated by serving the elderly population and provides the dynamic of balancing both restoration and compensation therapy techniques to get our patients enjoying life again.

Requirements:
Associate's degree in physical therapy Valid State License New grads encouraged to apply The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for direct physical therapy services to residents. Duties include carrying out treatment plans developed by supervising therapist, being creative and thinking outside of the box for functional treatment sessions, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) functions under supervision from the Physical Therapist and orders from physicians.
