The Impact You'll Make As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our patient care team, working closely with licensed physical therapists to help patients achieve their goals. Your work will directly improve mobility, reduce pain, and empower patients to live healthier, more active lives

What You'll Do Partner with physical therapists to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility programs tailored to their needs. Encourage and motivate patients to reach their functional goals. Monitor progress, document care, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Promote healthy lifestyle habits by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Support orthopedic and rehabilitation medicine cases in an outpatient setting. What You'll Bring Current Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license.
