Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support a growing outpatient clinic. This is a part-time contract role with an immediate need due to a temporary leave on the team.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Physical Therapist in carrying out established treatment plans Delivering hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy and guided exercises Monitoring patient progress and documenting treatment outcomes Educating patients on at-home exercises and recovery plans Assisting with orthopedic rehabilitation cases in a clinical setting Potentially supporting aquatic therapy sessions if applicable We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active PTA license in good standing 1-5+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience Strong manual therapy skills and hands-on treatment ability Experience supporting Physical Therapists with treatment plans, exercises, and patient care Strong communication skills with patients and care teams Ability to work independently in a smaller clinic environment - Aquatic therapy exposure or interest in learning aquatic rehab techniques Experience in outpatient PT clinics with high patient interaction
