In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient organizer of our clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional administrative support. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients while managing essential clerical duties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and clinic operations through your proactive attitude and strong organizational skills. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and assist with intake processes using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Schedule appointments efficiently utilizing medical scheduling software, ensuring optimal patient flow Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance verification Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, review documentation for completeness, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Answer phone calls professionally, providing excellent patient service and office support Manage front desk operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized medical records in EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems Requirements Prior experience in a medical office setting or dental clinic experience is highly preferred Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Excellent phone etiquette Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, data entry, and office tasks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Join us in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting the daily operations of our busy chiropractic practice! Pay:
