Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

• we are looking for you!⁣ This is not your typical desk job, it is fast paced and on the go! ⁣ Duties include but are not limited to:⁣ ⁣
• Patient interaction
• Scheduling
• Processing financial transactions
• Data Entry
• Insurance Verification
• Calling insurance companies
• Billing and account reconciliation ⁣ ⁣

Must:

⁣

• Be a self directed individual
• Pay close attention to details
• Have strong data entry skills with keen attention to accuracy
• Have availability one weekend a month and some evenings
• Be positive and upbeat with a desire to serve the community
• Desire to learn new skills, with a strong work ethic
• Have basic internet literacy skills
• Be able to learn all systems and procedures quickly ⁣⁣
• Looking for long term commitment
• ⁣Must be good with 20-30 hours per week Set schedule.

Office Hours you may be asked to work include: Monday 8:00-3:00 Tuesday 1:30-7:30 Wednesday 8:00-3:00 Thursday 1:30-6:30 Friday 8:00-2:30
