Front Desk/Rehab/Chiropractic Assistant

Experience working in a healthcare environment or massage therapy is beneficial. All tasks are taught and training is given for all office systems. Knowledge of musculoskeletal system is required. We are looking to add a positive, motivated individual to our growing team! This position involves working closely with patients and team members in a supportive, wellness-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the muscles and body movement, as well as a passion for helping others feel their best.

Responsibilities include:

Administering and managing rehab exercises and Chiropractic therapies Assisting patients through their treatment plans Supporting team members and ensuring smooth daily operations Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace Assisted team members when needed Greeting patients Answering phone calls Social Media marketing

Qualifications:

Background in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, massage therapy, or a related field (preferred) Excellent communication and people skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Willingness to learn new techniques and therapies
