Lakehouse Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is hiring PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation program. Join our in-house rehab department and treat a diverse caseload in a collaborative environment with a well-equipped therapy gym and strong interdisciplinary support. Why Choose Lakehouse? What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, resident-centered skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and function Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Complete timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license and registration Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred Whether you're looking to supplement another role, prefer schedule flexibility, or want consistent PRN hours in a supportive setting, we'd love to connect.
Pay:
$35.00 - $38.00 per hour
