Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for our client in Wilmington, OH!
Type:
13-week contract, with potential for extension
Pay Range:
$35 to $36/hr
Location:
Coverage areas: Highland, Clinton, Fayette, Madison, Greene, Brown counties (OH)
Schedule:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday; 40 hours a week
  • Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
Responsibilities of the
Physical Therapy Assistant:
+ Provide physical therapy treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist + Support patient care through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activity programs + Assist with home health visits across assigned counties within the coverage area + Document patient care accurately and in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements + Communicate patient progress and updates to supervising Physical Therapist + Ensure safe and effective delivery of treatment interventions in the home health setting Qualifications for the
Physical Therapy Assistant:
  • Active Ohio Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
  • Home health experience preferred
  • CPR Certification required
  • Strong documentation and communication skills required What will set you apart:
  • Experience in home health or community-based therapy
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Efficient documentation and ability to manage a full caseload in a field-based setting
Additional Information:
  • Weekly hour guarantee: 40 hours
  • No on-call or weekend requirement
