Physical Therapy Assistant Job Summary:
Our clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The Physical Therapy Assistant will work under the direction of a licensed physical therapist to help patients regain movement and manage pain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in implementing treatment plans created by the physical therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises Assist in setting up and maintaining therapy equipment Communicate with patients and their families to ensure understanding of treatment plans Collaborate with the physical therapist to adjust treatment as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
