The majority of our clients are recovering from injury/surgery and have had quality rehab, but they aren't yet ready for the rigor of their hard jobs. With creativity and skill, we put the "finishing touches" on their rehab in our unique, work-like setting. Expertise with this special population is our calling at Saunders. PTA- Industrial Rehabilitation Saunders Therapy Centers needs a full-time PTA to join our Industrial Rehabilitation team in St. Paul or Bloomington clinics. Our PTAs work with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement exercise programs and job simulation progressions to maximize our Work Hardening clients' ability to return-to-work. Training provided; priority given for orthopedic knowledge and a strong exercise/training background. Salary depends on fit and experience, and consists of base, commission, and competitive benefits package. Responsibilities

NO STRESSFUL PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS

- we work as a team! Along with your team, design and supervise client exercise and return-to-work programs based on the supervising clinician's plan of care. Collaborate with work hardening team members, consisting of PT, OT, PTA, COTA, depending on location. Work with QRCs, Case managers, Physicians, and Employers to coordinate successful return to work Document daily and weekly notes for all clients Actively participate in Weekly team meetings Develop rapport with referral sources Apply to find out more about this unique and rewarding position.
