CA's will answer the phones and schedule appointments at the front desk but are also directly involved with patient care. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals. Job Description Looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our office! Answer the phone at the clinic Greet patients with a smile when they enter the clinic Schedule patient appointments Explain fees to patients and accept payment Perform data entry in the clinic's computer systems Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments Perform x-rays according to office protocols. Verify insurance benefits.
