Physical Therapist Assistant

Overview PRN PTA + Competitive compensation + Medical insurance benefit plan + 401K Responsibilities + Execute components of patient care, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation, as directed by the physical therapist. + Teach patients and their families exercises to be continued at home, ensuring understanding and compliance to promote recovery. + Observe and document patient responses and progress toward goals, adjusting treatments as necessary and reporting back to the physical therapist. + Work closely with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient's specific needs are met efficiently and effectively. + Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with all guidelines and regulations.
