Role:

Join our growing team as a PTA delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in their homes. You'll enjoy autonomy, a supportive team, and a manageable caseload.

Positions:

Open in St. Louis City , St. Louis County and St. Charles County Scheduling is Flexible

• Make Your Own Part-Time Full-Time PRN Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Travel to patients' homes across the St. Louis metro area
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and HIPAA regulations
• Maintain therapy equipment and supplies
• Participate in case conferences and training
• Support patient-centered goals

Qualifications:

• Missouri PTA license in good standing
• 1+ years of home health experience
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the St.

Louis metro area
