Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and committed to promoting wellness. Duties Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments. Conduct patient assessments to gather relevant health information. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness practices. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and inventory management. Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Required Strong patient service skills to create a positive experience for all patients. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
