We're currently seeking a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to join our growing team and support both clinical and therapeutic operations.
Position Summary:
As a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant, you will support the chiropractor in delivering therapeutic services, assist with patient care, and help maintain a welcoming and organized clinical space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about health and wellness and who enjoys hands-on work with people.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administering therapeutic modalities (e.g., muscle stimulation, ultrasound, cold laser) as well as assisting in new patient intake by collecting basic vital signs and taking digital X-rays, under the chiropractor's supervision; Guide patients through stretches or basic rehab exercises as directed; Set up treatment rooms and ensure equipment is sanitized and ready for use; Educate patients on posture, movement, and chiropractic wellness practices; Support front desk with scheduling, phone calls, and check-ins as needed; Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress; Help ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the day.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience in healthcare, personal training, PT, massage, or a chiropractic setting (preferred but not required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to lift and assist patients if needed (reasonable accommodation provided) Willingness to complete on-the-job training and comply with clinic procedures
Work Schedule:
Monday-Fridays 8:30 AM-5:30
