Job Description

About us We are an established outpatient therapy company providing services to geratric patients in the communities we serve. Our goal is to provide a positive work environment where employees thrive and grow in their skills. We strive to provide an atmosphere where employees may have an optimal personal/ work life balance. ## Job Overview We are seeking a PT and/or PTA to join our full-time staff. We are always interested in expanding our PRN staff as well. The ideal candidate will assist in providing physical therapy services in our outpatient clinics as needed. This role offers the opportunity to work in outpatient settings to include Assisted Living Homes. ## Duties
  • Therapists will perform evaluations, treatments and supervise PTAs.
  • Assist in implementing treatment programs as established by the physical therapist
  • Provide patient care and support during therapy sessions
  • Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising physical therapist
  • Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and activities
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Work with a diverse patient population, including geriatrics and individuals requiring acute care ## Qualifications
  • Doctorate Degree from accredited PT Program or Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient clinics
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
