Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Friday:

8:00 AM - 1:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Saturday & Sunday:

You are the heartbeat of the patient experience — from the moment someone calls to inquire all the way through their care journey. Your primary focus is making patients feel so welcomed, so cared for, and so connected to their results that they never want to leave. Day to day that looks like: Welcoming patients like they're walking into a friend's home Answering phones and keeping the schedule running like clockwork Following up with new inquiries, missed appointments, and lapsed patients via calls and texts Guiding patients through their treatment plans and keeping them engaged and motivated Supporting patient retention — making sure people stick with their care and get real results Helping with billing and basic office administration Keeping the office clean, organized, and ready to shine Being the energy that sets the tone for every single visit You're Our Person If... Pay:
