Monday - Thursday 7:30am-7:30pm, Friday 7:30am-6:30pm, and Saturday 8am-1:30pm

Summary:
Keith Clinic is looking for a dependable Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant. Front Desk CA's should be detail oriented self-starters, have strong interpersonal/phone skills, and enjoy working with patients. Our goal is to provide exceptional patient service with professional enthusiasm to every person that enters our clinic.

Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and provide excellent customer service including answering questions and addressing concerns Use practice management software and other forms of technology to manage scheduling, interact with patients and providers, and update files and patients' records Verify patients' health insurance coverage, collect payments, and work with the billing team on insurance claim processing Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, data entry, and filing Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information Maintain appearance/cleanliness of designated work and surrounding areas
Job Qualifications:
Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping others Communication skills to converse clearly over the telephone and in person Organization and time management skills to manage a variety of tasks effectively and accurately in a fast paced environment Ability to remain calm and find solutions during demanding situations or during high volume periods Team player but also comfortable working independently Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred
Essential Job Functions:
Position dependent upon candidate passing pre-employment background check Regularly walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time Able to lift, move, carry up to 15 lbs, occasionally bend, push/pull Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as typing and filing Ability to talk and hear
