Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Orthopedics Clayton, NC | Part-Time/Full-Time Experienced PTAs and New Graduates Welcome Carolina Spine & Disc Center is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team due to an upcoming transition. This position is a great fit for: Experienced PTAs who value autonomy, patient connection, and a sustainable pace New graduates looking for mentorship, confidence-building, and a supportive clinical environment Why PTAs Choose This Clinic One-on-one patient care (no double booking) 45 to 60 minute treatment sessions Calm, upbeat, low-stress clinic culture Strong patient satisfaction and outcomes Direct access to the clinic owner (treating PT) Emphasis on clinical quality, not productivity quotas Competitive hourly pay About the Clinic Carolina Spine and Disc Center is an established outpatient orthopedic practice focused on spine care, chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and functional rehabilitation. We integrate traditional physical therapy with non-surgical spinal decompression and dry needling to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and avoid unnecessary surgery. This is not a high-volume mill environment. Care is intentional, paced, and centered on patient outcomes. What You Will Be Doing Delivering skilled PTA treatment under an established PT plan of care Treating primarily orthopedic and spine-related conditions Educating patients and reinforcing home exercise programs Collaborating closely with the treating physical therapist Practicing in a supportive, organized outpatient setting Support for New Graduates New graduates are supported with: Hands-on mentorship from the clinic owner Gradual ramp-up to a full caseload Ongoing feedback and clinical guidance A positive learning environment where questions are encouraged Autonomy for Experienced PTAs Experienced PTAs will appreciate: Respect for clinical judgment Independence within the plan of care A predictable schedule without burnout expectations A stable, well-run private practice environment Schedule and Compensation Full-time position Competitive hourly pay based on experience Predictable schedule No double booking How to Apply Please email your resume to: info@carolinaspine.pro
