  • The primary job description of a front desk/chiropractic assistant at Precision Chiropractic is to support the doctor and staff in any necessary jobs or responsibilities to help ensure the patients are receiving excellent care and having the best experience possible while in our office.
We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and welcoming person to work with us running the front desk and managing patient accounts, schedules, etc. This will primarily be front desk position, with the possibility for advancement! We need someone who is willing to grow with our office and help people heal naturally with chiropractic care. The office is often very busy and you will need to have energy to work with our patients and then be able to go right to work on admin duties when the office is quiet.
Must be available:
Tuesday
  • 7:30-12:00; 2:00-6:15 Wednesday
  • 7:30-12:00; 2:00-6:15 Thursday
  • 7:30-12:00; 2:00-6:15
  • Duties/Knowledge of:
    Some experience with ledgers/accounting/finances/billing or some other type of background or education to help with some of the financial aspects of billing and managing patient accounts. While the main responsibilities would be working at the front desk, the title of the job is "Chiropractic Assistant
  • Front Desk", because the office is small, there is a lot of sharing of responsibilities. The duties of a chiropractic assistant fall under 3 categories: Administrative
  • Answering phone calls, booking appointments, responding to emails, ordering supplies, keeping the office clean, organized, etc... Clinical
  • Helping the doctor with new patient appointments, updating chart notes, guiding patients with office flow and therapies, etc... Educational
  • Obtaining certifications for patient interactions and helping to educate our patients on the benefits of chiropractic care.
The job is diverse . Every day is a little different and responsibilities can be re-prioritized depending on the clinic's needs.
Requirements:
Be comfortable using a computer, learning new software High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Bilinigual is a plus!! The ideal candidate would have an interest in and respect for natural health care. They should be comfortable working with people and be comfortable with front desk responsibilities. Additionally, they would have basic knowledge of insurance and some experience working in a clinical or health care setting. Ideally, the candidate will have had some personal experience with chiropractic care and project an image and lifestyle of someone who is interested in maintaining their health.
