About This Role This is an active, hands-on clinical support role for someone who: Enjoys movement, exercise, and coaching others Communicates clearly and confidently Thrives in structured, fast-paced environments Likes being busy and productive Wants meaningful, purpose-driven work If you prefer sitting all day, spreadsheets, or repetitive desk work, this role is not a fit. Core Responsibilities 1. Lead the Rehab & Therapy Floor You'll guide patients through corrective exercises, postural drills, stretches, and mobility work. You'll coach, cue, demonstrate, and encourage. 2. Operate Clinical Therapy Equipment (Training Provided - but you need to be able to take initiative) Spinal Decompression EMS Low Level "Cold" Laser Therapy SoftWave Traction Units Posture & Rehab Tools You'll follow established protocols and ensure patient safety. 3. Support Patient Flow Help patients get where they need to be Communicate with the Chiropractors and Patient Coordinator Keep the clinic running smoothly during busy adjusting hours 4. Deliver a Positive Patient Experience Build rapport Help people feel comfortable Explain steps clearly Provide encouragement, structure, and support 5.
