Compensation:

$47,000 - $53,000/salary, based on experience, + sign on bonus

continuing education credits/reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, monthly in-services with provided lunch, supportive team environment, strong focus on professional growth A Day in the Life of the Physical Therapist Assistant In this role, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients across a wide range of ages and conditions in a spacious, well-equipped outpatient facility. You'll work closely with Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and function. With an average of 8 patients per day, you'll have the time to focus on quality care while contributing to a growing, patient-centered practice.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver prescribed physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist Provide hands-on, manual therapy techniques when appropriate Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising Physical Therapists Educate patients on exercises and recovery plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Support a positive, team-oriented clinical environment Office is open: 7am - 6pm (Flexible with shifts: 7-4pm, 8-5pm, 9-6pm, Monday-Friday)

Requirements and Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) from an accredited program Active PTA license 1+ years of Physical Therapy Assistant experience Experience or interest with manual therapy Ability to work with a wide range of patient populations and conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting About the
