Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands-on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Pine Acres, you will have the opportunity to work in a resident-centered environment, partner with a dedicated rehabilitation team, and make a daily impact in the lives of our residents.

Skilled Nursing Facility Responsibilities:
Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents Track daily notes, treatment progress, and billing Assist with discharge planning and patient education Communicate with therapy team, nursing, and families Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current state licensure as a PTA Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed Strong teamwork and time management skills Why Join Pine Acres?
