Job Description
Job description We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Lumberton, NC location. If you're looking for a supportive team, a meaningful career, and a workplace that values both patient outcomes and work-life balance, we'd love to connect with you. In this role, you will provide rehabilitation services to a geriatric population with a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Our focus is on delivering purposeful, patient-centered care—treatments that truly improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for the residents we serve. This position is based in an Assisted Living Facility, where your work will help residents maintain independence and continue living in the place they call home. We prioritize realistic productivity standards, allowing you the time to provide thoughtful care, meaningful documentation, and track progress in ways that genuinely reflect patient outcomes. We also believe that great care starts with a well-supported team. We offer a generous PTO package that you are encouraged to actually use, along with a schedule that supports balance—no routine weekend requirements unless you choose to flex your schedule for your own convenience. We're looking for a team-oriented PTA who is dedicated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow. New graduates are welcome—we offer hands-on training and mentorship to support your development.
