WHO ARE YOU?
We are seeking a certified Chiropractic Assistant with minimum 2 + years of experience. This is not required. We will train and certify you if you are not a certified Chiropractic Assistant. You are GREAT on the computers and phones and have lots of experience with ms word, excel and could schedule and appointment with your eyes closed. You can be flexible with your schedule and could fill in for others is need be. You're an extremely positive, happy and healthy person. You take good care of yourself because your health is important. If you don't know how to do something EASY you just figure it out. A "you got this mentality". You're EXTREMELY organized

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Punctual and self disciplined Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job description: Professional appearance daily Greet patients, assist in paperwork Assist with office duties (check in/ check out) Confirm patients via phone, text, email Answering phones, scheduling patients, new patient intake, insurance verification. Experience in insurance and computer work is strong recommendation. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain calendar per doctor's recommended treatment frequency Collect money from patients (co-pays, co-insurance, bills) Thorough understanding of services provided at clinic Perform initial patient assessment and documentation prior to doctor/patient visit. Including vital signs, past medical history, review of symptoms, and chief complaint. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and exam instruments Manage communication with Chiropractic Physician regarding patient status and treatment. will also be responsible working directly with the doctor, must have good communication and interpersonal skills and organized Provide efficient patient care (as directed by Chiropractic Physician) Document patient information. Monitor and instruct patients on individual exercise programs as directed by the Chiropractic Physician. Perform heat, ice or exercise instruction as directed by the Chiropractic Physician. Requires applying therapeutic modalities such as electric stimulation, ultrasound, decompression, roller table, etc Manage patient flow through their treatment program. Assist in maintaining a clean and work environment. Assist in inventory control on clinical supplies. Monitor equipment condition and report problems to Clinic Coordinator Position requires insurance follow-up, filing claims, and maintaining contact with patients and insurance companies. Qualified candidates have strong customer service and computer skills, enjoy working with a wide variety of patients, and have an interest in preventive care. A general knowledge of anatomy and insurance terminology is helpful. This is a hands-on patient care position. We are a smoke and drug free company!
