Chiropractic Assistant

We are in search of a full time chiropractic assistant for our busy chiropractic office. We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, detail oriented, works well under pressure, and is able to multi-task. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a positive attitude, is willing to learn our protocols, and wants to work as a team. Hours will include Monday/Tuesday/Thursday from 7:15 am-6pm ; Wednesday 11:30am to 6pm and Friday 7:15 am to 2pm We look forward to meeting you! Duties to include, but not limited to: Patient care: Greet patients, check them in, and confirm their insurance status and medical history. Take vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, weight, and height. Prepare patients for treatment and perform therapies as directed by the chiropractor.

Patient records:

Maintain patient records, including updating patient information and keeping files organized.

Scheduling:

Schedule appointments, manage the chiropractor's calendar, and confirm appointments.

Billing:

Collect and process payments from patients, verify and bill insurance, and issue receipts.

Administrative tasks:

Answer phones, respond to emails, manage office supplies, and keep the office clean.
