Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Care team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role provides the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care that helps individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence—all in the comfort of their own homes. Part-time or PRN available! What You'll Do Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, and overall well-being. Provide physical therapy services in client homes while ensuring the highest quality of care. Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Accurately document care and communicate progress to ensure seamless coordination. Educate patients and families on exercise, safety, and home programs to support lasting results.
