Job Description

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Central City is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)! We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is motivated, patient-centered, and committed to helping residents achieve their highest level of mobility and independence.

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred (new grads welcome) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility programs Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals Educate residents and families on therapy plans and safety techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, we encourage you to apply today and become part of our dedicated rehabilitation team.
