Follow all regulations and guidelines including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA. Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and professionally conducts themselves at all times. Provide documentation of patient's condition, and provide caregiver/patient education as appropriate. Regularly discuss with the supervising Physical Therapist the patient's progress and any concerns or guidance needed. Ensure safe treatment practices and monitor patients' engagement and responses to treatment modifications as necessary.
