Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic practice by providing exceptional patient care and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a excellent patient service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients. Responsibilities Prepare adjustment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards. Manage scheduling appointments and follow-up visits for patients. Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic environment. Requirements Strong patient service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for patients. Ability to perform patient assessments under the guidance of licensed chiropractors. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detailed organizational skills and attention to details when it comes to insurance verification and calls.
