Full Job Description Job Title:

Note :
Bonus available for qualified applicants available to start within 2 weeks.
Required:
PA active PTA License.
BLS Job Duties :
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility activities. Monitor and report patient progress, responses, and any changes to the PT. Educate patients and caregivers on mobility techniques and safety. Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner in EMR systems. Support residents in improving strength, function, and independence in ADLs. Ensure safe use of assistive devices and therapy equipment. Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant therapy environment.
