Work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement personalized care plans in our outpatient office. We prioritize patient care and one on one time with all our patients to generate the best outcomes! Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to alleviate pain and improve function Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatments, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist for ongoing care adjustments Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge planning strategies to promote continued recovery at home Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and documentation adhering to healthcare regulations and standards Requirements Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program is required Knowledge of physiology, anatomy and physical therapy techniques essential for effective patient care Experience working in outpatient clinic settings Familiarity with specialized therapies including trigger point therapy and orthopedics treatments Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively and coordinate with healthcare professionals Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals!
