Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team and provide hands-on care to patients recovering from injuries or illnesses. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist in developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in conducting initial assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations Implement treatment plans developed by the physical therapist Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and stretches to help patients improve their mobility and strength Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue improving outside of therapy sessions Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Qualifications and Skills:
