At PhysioSharks, we bridge the gap between rehab and performance. We're a fast-growing, high-energy physical therapy clinic located inside a 24 Hour Fitness, designed for active individuals who want to move, feel, and live better.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Independent, Energetic, and Motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who thrives in a dynamic gym environment. This role is perfect for someone who lives an active lifestyle, exercises regularly, and brings a positive, high-energy vibe to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled therapeutic exercise programs and interventions under PT supervision. Assist patients with strength, mobility, and functional training programs. Create a motivating and supportive rehab experience for gym-goers and athletes. Encourage active participation in exercise-based recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and sessions. Communicate effectively with the PT team regarding patient status and needs.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed PTA in New Jersey (required) Strong background in exercise and fitness - must live the active lifestyle we promote! Ability to work independently and manage patient flow efficiently. Positive, high-energy attitude that fits our upbeat gym environment. Comfortable working in an open gym setting alongside fitness members.
