Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Outpatient Rehab

About Us Elite Wellness & Sports Medicine Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Hackensack, NJ. We are an outpatient physical therapy and chiropractic office specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, sports medicine, motor vehicle accident injuries, and workers' compensation cases. Our office offers a collaborative, supportive environment where providers work closely together to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Schedule Monday-Friday 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM Approximately 30 hours per week No weekends Compensation $50-$55/hour depending on experience 1099 Independent Contractor position Potential CEU support and mentorship opportunities Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs Apply modalities and assist with manual therapy treatments as directed by the PT Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the clinical team Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Qualifications Active New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented outpatient setting Basic computer and EMR skills preferred Professional liability/malpractice insurance required

Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
