Minimum Required Qualifications:
AAS Physical Therapy Temporary licensure or current NJ Licensure Successful completion of all orientation programs BLS certification within ninety days of hire to the departmentPreferred:
Preferred Qualifications APTAMember CI Certification by APTA Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable): N/A Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):Full-Time Day Essential Functions:
Treats inpatients and outpatients to meet the established Standard of Care Educates internal and external customers Directly supervises the work of physical therapist assistants students as well as keep the supervisor and managers informed of progress collaborates scheduling of inpatient and outpatient caseload in conjunction with Supervisor Makes recommendations for services outside of the discipline Records statistical information for the department in a timely manner Supervises technicians, aides and volunteers. Participates in the interdisciplinary patient/member teaching process Demonstrates the ability to identify patient/member's educational needs Organizes, and implements outcome tools into professional practice when applicable Keeps up to date and accurate medical records Demonstrates compliance and timeliness in outpatient and / or inpatient billing maintains an open channel of communication among members of the interdisciplinary team involved in patient care including non-clinical support staffBenefits and Perks:
