As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence. About the
Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with patient evaluations : Conducting assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists Implementing treatment plans : Delivering individualized therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote recovery Maintaining accurate records : Keeping detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes Communicating with patients and families : Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, goals, and progress Collaborating with healthcare teams : Working closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
What We're Looking For:
State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting optimal patient outcomes How to
