As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, back office therapies, X-rays, medical records, answering phone calls and emails. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of the therapy room Answer inquiries via phone calls and email Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments Back office therapies Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information Verify payment methods and process payments Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory Administer screening assessments as requested Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting Bilingual a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
