Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), or Occupational Therapist (OT) with limited permits! In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with licensed therapists to deliver exceptional patient care, support rehabilitation goals, and promote functional independence. Responsibilities Assist licensed therapists in implementing patient treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals Provide direct therapy services, including exercises, activities, and modalities under supervision Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising therapist for adjustments Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, patient responses, and treatment outcomes Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and home programs to support ongoing recovery Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery Requirements Valid licensure or limited permit as a PTA, PT, OTA, or OT from an accredited licensing board Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and patient care procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates or those with limited permits Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and scheduling requirements Embark on a fulfilling career path where your skills directly enhance patients' quality of life! Pay:
$27.00 - $55.00 per hour
