We are seeking a warm, joyful, and mission-driven Care Advocate & Scan Tech to join our team. This cross-functional role blends compassionate patient interaction with hands-on nervous system technology support — helping families feel seen, supported, and celebrated throughout their care journey.

What You'll Do:

Patient Experience Support Create a warm, welcoming and clean environment for every family who walks through our doors. Support new families from their first phone call through their ongoing care plan, ensuring each step feels organized, clear, and full of hope. Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and report preparation to ensure smooth flow and connection. Celebrate each family's milestones and healing moments. Help prepare for and assist at community workshops and family events that extend our mission beyond the office walls. Scanning & Clinical Support Perform advanced INSiGHT Neurological Scans (Thermal, EMG, HRV) with care and precision — full training provided. Track patient scan results and celebrate progress as part of their healing story. Maintain scanning equipment, calibration, and readiness. Support Dr. Chelsea with seamless coordination between scanning, reporting, and family communication. What We're Looking For A heart for families — especially those navigating challenges like sensory, emotional, or developmental struggles. Warm, professional communication skills and a joyful presence. Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable (experience with scheduling systems or healthcare software is a plus). Ability to multitask and stay grounded in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Confidence in learning new technology and communicating with families.
