Responsibilities:
- Fast-paced on your feet to keep the clinic running
- may include front desk, scribing for doctor, performing laser therapy, holding babies, checking insurance, making calls
- Hours Mon\Wed 7:30-5:00pm Tues\Thurs 7:30-6:15 pm, Friday 7:30-11:45am (end time just depends when we are done with patient care) with an hour lunch. Full time 40 hours a week. Part time hours negotiable.
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Make phone calls to patients and insurance companies
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical records system
- Collect patient information and update medical records accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Assist chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology preferred but not required
- Have a interest and drive to learn principals for holistic wellness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information
