About the Role As a PTA Manager, you will play a dual role: leading by example in patient care while supporting and coordinating the therapy department's daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

Clinical Duties:

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Leadership & Management Duties:

Manage the daily operations of the therapy department, including staffing, scheduling, and productivity tracking. Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other team members to ensure cohesive interdisciplinary care. Mentor and support other PTAs and aides, fostering a positive and accountable work environment. Ensure documentation, billing, and compliance standards are consistently met. Participate in administrative meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist with onboarding and training of new rehab staff.
