Job Description
Seeking a professional receptionist to join our team immediately for our Grove City location. Full time employment opportunity at a busy, growing, successful chiropractic office. Must be energetic, professional, friendly, outgoing and a team player, who is a people person wanting to make a difference in our patient's lives. Must be organized, extremely comfortable answering phones, and professionally assertive, who enjoys talking to people, as well as able to multitask. Previous work experience in a chiropractic/PT office is extremely helpful, but not necessary. As a paperless office, computer efficiency is a must. Competitive pay based on experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our chiropractic clinic. This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside chiropractors and contribute to the well-being of our patients.Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractors in patient assessments and examinations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and stretches
- Assist with therapeutic modalities, including applying heat or cold packs as directed by the chiropractor
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in proper working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
